Birth Support

Our Birth Support Doulas are committed to providing as much support as you and your family require. During this period, your doula will arrange 2-3 prenatal meetings with you to discuss all your birth needs, prepare for the birth, and collaborate with you on a birth plan. Your doula will be on-call from the 37th week of your pregnancy until the birth of your baby. Postpartum, there will be two check-in visits to ensure your emotional and physical well-being during recovery, and to assist with any feeding queries you may have regarding your newborn.

Please note, we offer flexible payment plans and various payment options to accommodate your needs.

Postpartum Support

A Postpartum Doula can be a game-changer in your journey from childbirth to settling back into your regular routine with a newborn. They provide guidance and insights to help new parents and siblings adapt to the arrival of a new baby, establish new routines, and manage household tasks that can pile up during your postpartum period. Your doula can also offer support with lactation and feeding, emotional well-being, and education during your recovery period, giving you the much-needed time to rest and rejuvenate.

**For daytime services, a minimum booking of 12 hours is required.

** For overnight services, a minimum booking of 16 hours is required.

Sibling Doula Support

A sibling doula is a specialized birth companion who provides support to your children while you are in labor. Whether you’re laboring at home or in the hospital, a sibling doula ensures that your little ones are well cared for. They remain present throughout the entire birth process and typically stay for up to two hours after the baby arrives.

Starting from the 38th week of your pregnancy, your dedicated sibling doula goes on call. They play a crucial role in preparing the older siblings for the arrival of the new baby, helping them understand the changes and emotions they might experience.

In addition to providing emotional support, sibling doulas can also engage your children in age-appropriate activities, maintain their routine, and ensure they have meals and rest times. This allows you to focus on your labor and birth, knowing that your other children are in safe and caring hands.

The presence of a sibling doula can help create a calm and reassuring environment for the entire family during this significant transition. Their role is not just about childcare; it’s about fostering positive sibling relationships and helping the whole family adjust to the new dynamics.

Lactation Support

Our team comprises Certified Peer Lactation Counselors who are equipped to assist with latching, bottle feeding, and other feeding-related concerns. If your requirements extend beyond our area of expertise, we have a network of trusted providers to whom we can refer you. This ensures that you and your baby receive the most comprehensive information and guidance. Access to lactation support can significantly enhance your breastfeeding experience. We offer sessions, each up to an hour long, dedicated entirely to your support.
