A doula is a non-medical professional who offers physical, emotional and educational support through the pregnancy, labor, and postpartum periods. We offer support for the entire family, from new parents, to new siblings trying to adjust to the new baby. Doulas can be very beneficial throughout this journey, and offer guidance when you feel overwhelmed and lost in all of the information!
