Certified Full Circle Doula | Trauma-Informed Support | Peer Lactation Counselor | Placenta Specialist

Welcome to Treasured Art of Birth! My deepest passion is empowering individuals to discover their inner strength—especially as they navigate the transformative journey of birth and postpartum. As a mother of four wonderful children (ages four to nine), my own diverse birthing experiences have been a profound catalyst for my dedication to supporting families.

My personal journey includes a cesarean birth, two successful VBACs in a hospital, a healing home birth after cesarean, and the tender experience of pregnancy loss. These moments—both beautiful and challenging—have shaped my understanding of the many paths to parenthood and fuel my commitment to guiding others through their unique journeys.

At Treasured Art of Birth, we strive to create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all, with a special focus on those who have experienced trauma. I know firsthand the importance of a reliable support system, which is why our team is always ready to ensure you’re never left without care. Our core values—compassion, community, advocacy, integrity, diversity/inclusivity, accountability, and clear communication—guide everything we do.

Sally's Story:

Greetings! I'm Sally, and my journey has been dedicated to supporting families and fostering growth from the very beginning. My passion for children and education ignited early, and by the age of 14, I was already immersed in providing postpartum support to teen mothers, nurturing young minds through babysitting, and assisting in classrooms for children with autism. This early dedication laid the groundwork for a lifelong commitment to family services.

Simultaneously, I explored the realms of energy healing and delved into the study of holistic and herbal health, seeking to understand the interconnectedness of well-being. Before turning 30, I channeled my passion into action, launching my own daycare, preschool, and parent education venture, all while continuing to provide invaluable support to new parents during the transformative periods of pregnancy and postpartum.

In 2018, I took a brief pause to focus on my own family, a time of personal growth and reflection. The following year, I seamlessly transitioned into parent education and doula services, solidifying my expertise through comprehensive certifications. By 2020, I fully embraced the role of a birth doula, complementing my ongoing work as a postpartum doula.

Today, I offer comprehensive support to families across the spectrum of fertility, pregnancy, birth, and lactation. My dedication extends to empowering parents through education and coaching, helping them navigate the exciting journey of expanding their families.
