At Treasured Art of Birth, our Coordination Care Team is the heart of your support system. We bring together experienced doulas, dedicated care coordinators, and our founder-owners—who also serve as your lead educators and trainers—to ensure every family receives personalized, compassionate care from the very first contact.

A Word from the Founder

As the founder of Treasured Art of Birth, it is my deepest honor to walk beside families as they move through one of life’s most transformative seasons. Every journey is unique, and my commitment is to ensure every parent feels seen, supported, and genuinely held — no matter their story or path to parenthood. Our team is devoted to providing compassionate, trauma‑informed care that honors your values and brings steadiness, clarity, and peace to each moment. Thank you for trusting us to be part of your family’s unfolding story.

About Me

I’m Cynthia — mother of four, educator, mentor, and the heart behind Treasured Art of Birth. My deepest calling is to help you uncover your own strength as you move through the profound transitions of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. My path has been shaped by a cesarean birth, two hospital VBACs, a healing home birth, and the quiet grief of pregnancy loss. These experiences allow me to walk beside families with empathy, insight, and unwavering presence.

Values & Approach

At Treasured Art of Birth, every story is honored. I’ve created a space where families feel safe, respected, and deeply supported through trauma‑informed care, clear communication, and steadfast advocacy. My core values — compassion, community, integrity, diversity, and accountability — guide every interaction and shape the foundation of our work together.

Educational Offerings
I am the creator of a Certifying Postpartum Doula Training rooted in trauma‑informed care, with a Birth Doula Training and a comprehensive Trauma‑Informed Course for perinatal professionals launching soon. I also teach puberty classes for girls ages 7–13, newborn care classes for expecting and new parents, and advocacy courses that help families understand their rights in every birth and postpartum setting. Teaching, mentoring, and empowering both families and professionals is one of the greatest joys of my work.

Beyond the Doula Life
When I’m not supporting families or mentoring doulas, you’ll find me cherishing time with my children, grounding myself in prayer and reflection, or tending to my own well‑being — curled up with a good book, journaling, sipping tea, or experimenting with new recipes. It is a true honor to walk alongside you as you embrace the life‑changing journey of parenthood.
Our Administrative Team
At Treasured Art of Birth, our Care Coordination Team is the steady, behind‑the‑scenes presence ensuring your entire experience feels seamless, supported, and thoughtfully guided from the very first connection. Our social media manager, administrative assistant & intake coordinator, and partner support specialist work in harmony to manage communication, scheduling, and partner guidance with clarity, warmth, and precision.
With intention and professionalism, they handle every detail so our doulas and families can stay fully focused on what matters most — personalized, compassionate, trauma‑informed care.
