Join our comprehensive 4-week childbirth class designed to help you and your support person prepare confidently for your birth experience. Each registration includes admission for the birthing parent plus one partner or support person (2 people total), ensuring you both feel informed, empowered, and ready for the journey ahead. Over four engaging sessions, we’ll cover essential topics—from understanding the stages of labor and comfort techniques to creating your birth plan and navigating postpartum recovery. Our trauma-informed, compassionate approach means every family receives personalized support and practical tools for a positive, memorable birth.

Ensuring a Great Learning Experience: Payment & Attendance for Your Online Childbirth Class We are excited to guide you through your childbirth preparation journey! To ensure a positive and productive learning environment for everyone, please note our payment and attendance guidelines: Payment Commitment: Your payment secures your spot in the 4-week online class and is non-refundable. Rescheduling Option: We offer a one-time opportunity to reschedule to a future class with 12 hours' notice, should unforeseen circumstances arise. Respecting Everyone's Time: We kindly ask that you log in on time for each session to maximize your learning and avoid disrupting the class flow. Communicating Delays: If you anticipate being late, please let the instructor know via [Specify Method] so they are aware. Maximizing Your Learning: Your registration provides access to all 4 weeks of the class. While recordings may be available for missed sessions, live participation is highly recommended. In the Event of Our Cancellation: If we need to cancel a session, we will offer a partial refund or enrollment in a future class.
